Re: DMX quality/price Boxes

Entec makes artnet boxes. They are good. DMXKing also makes artnet boxes, they are also good. I personally use DMX4ALL: https://shop.dmx4all.de/de/dmx4all-produkte/dmx-interfaces/artnet-dmx-interfaces/ But I also fabricate a lot of custom stuff for tours, so having the open box solution is nice when...

Re: Resolume Crashing

No clue on the crash report. Maybe it's something big that crashes so hard the program doesn't get to the point where it sends the option for a report? I'd try rolling back GPU drivers. Most of the time, that seems to be the problem with Resolume crashing. You're not using any third party plugins ar...

Re: Resolume Crashing

What is being played during the crash? are there any other applications running on this machine alongside Resolume? Are there any hardware changes during before the crash? What version of Windows are you on?
Have you tried rolling back your nVidia drivers to a previous version?

Re: Temperature and sharpness correction effect

I can't promise anything but we'll have a look if we can create an effect with this. Funny, Just last night I was talking with a friend about having him work on a ffgl for something similar to this. Something I have felt was always missing was a basic texture adjustment option in Resolume. If you'r...

Re: Suggestions for getting an oscilloscope into Resolume 7?

There's nothing built in that will do this. Thought there would be a plugin for this. I know a few ways to do this using ndi or spout if that's something that would work for you.

Re: Video record with alpha

@Arvol there are so many reasons why you would want to be able to export with alpha. No one said anything about recording an hour long set. This reply is about a year late ;) On a side note, the latest release of Resolume now supports the OP's feature request, so hopefully he is up and running now....

Re: Allow for power save on monitors?

So are you putting the computers to sleep or just putting the monitors into powersave mode? I was able to put my computer to sleep WITH Resolume outputting content. When I woke the PC up Resolume had crashed. I doubt using a hardwar eedid spoofer would help: https://www.adorama.com/us1312959.html I ...

Re: Allow for power save on monitors?

As someone with an electronics engineering degree and over a decade in the computer science industry I respectfully disagree. When putting your computer into sleep mode, you are literally shutting everything down while keeping your RAM awake. This allows for a quick boot since the RAM stores the las...

Re: Allow for power save on monitors?

Why not just turn you machines completely off at the end of the day? That seems like a much safer solution. Computers need to be rebooted anyways.
