Whereas in the composition midi map, all controllers behave really sluggishly, making them pretty much unusable. Happens in R3 with whichever hardware I'm using...

That would be because Quicktime from Apple doesn't include the DXV codec...
Also the QT mozilla plugin appears not to work either (on Win7 - at least on the footage pages om the resolme site).
