We have a couple of LED Source 4's that do the same thing. It's 3pin XLR to Ethernet cable. Sometimes people do the dumbest things lol. (Just make them a 5 pin or an ethernet Artnet port, but this analog over a digital medium is confusing for everyone and stupid.)

Is this a GPU you have sitting around and are trying to use? What are you after by using the Quadro card? Geforce card will outpower the quadro line for less than half the cost. a 4GB quadro card isn't going to give you fantastic performance if you're trying to do large rasters. 1080p you're fine.

Sounds like your connected device isn't sending a ethernet handshake. What happens if you use a network switch in between? I'm assuming your ethernet cable is good?

I usually lean towards Audio causing some issues, but if you have removed all the audio and it is still happening, I would suggest removing a single output from your GPU and test again for a few hours.
