Τhe problem is in the following file, ......\Program Files\Resolume Arena 5.1.0\ScreenSetup.dll

Ιf you replace it with the corresponding file, ......\Program Files\Resolume Arena 5.0.4\ScreenSetup.dll ,The resolume arena 5.1.0 opens normally

Now the questions why the preferences -> update gave me the 5.1.0 instead of the 5.1.2

I however .. I do not know.

I suppose that a piece of software 5.0.4 is in 5.1.1, and so it working like it is the 5.0.4 .....

However, the version 5.1.2 seems to work perfectly !!!
People of Resolume did a great job and responded almost instantaneously .

When you start replacing critical .dlls like ScreenSetup within the application, you're going to have all sorts of unexpected behaviour.

You're not fixing anything, you're just replacing part of the program with the 5.0.4 version. Essentially you're just reverting back to 5.0.4, except that the versions don't match anymore.

All in all, it's a very bad idea and you shouldn't do it.
