Low performance on AMD graphic cards

Im having serious issue with my MacbookPro Retina

My system:
Arena 5.1.2
macOS Sierra
Processor 2.8
Memory 16GB 1600 Mhz DDR3
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048MB

In benchmarks test I got only 6 layer at 30fps compare to spreedsheet reported 11 layers and very laggy interface (when scrolling). My older mac which is NVDIA GeForce GT 750M got 14 layer.....

In reality show, usually very laggy. 1 layer DXV3 codec get maximum 40 fps. Laggy interface, very choppy if run H.264 ( my colleague run fine with H.264).

Is this has anything with my graphic card failling ? or incompitable with Sierra ?

can you install gfxcardstatus and confirm that the amd card is in use when running resolume? sometimes switching of cards in the background will occur.

yes. it say AMD card is in use. Also, in about this mac/display say the amd card
