preview for setting clip start/end markers

Post by Zoltán »

I am so tired that to set clip start and end frame accurate, I have to pause the clip, move the marker so that the playback cursor gets moved by the marker so that the actual frame shows in the clip preview,
then when i go too far, i move the start marker back, the playback marker stays, then move the playback marker... and so on

and always double check that I have unpaused to the correct playback mode!

so when the start/end marker gets moved, please make the preview show their actual frame.

more precise adjustment would be to be able to zoom in by dragging the marker up/down to zoom in to the waveform in place for files with audio.
with audio preview?

maybe in R5?

Maybe, yes. This is one of the things that Tim really wants to do, but for the moment he is occupied with that other thing you all really want, which has something to do with parameter animation, keyframes and bezier curves.
