It would be neat if we could customize the order of effects in the effects browser. That way we could put most used effects at the top. Or even better, create a favorites pool or something like that.

Also...
It would be nice to be able to copy all layer effects at once in spite of doing one by one;
It would be nice to copy all layer effects from one composition to another.
