Frame accurate in and outpoint editing of clips

I'd really like to have the ability to select portions of clips from longer videos by being able to edit the in and out points frame per frame.
Best would be to be able to type an offset directly.
Right now the slider doesnt work well with long(er) clips.

Pause your clip, click on the playhead, enter your in or out time with your keyboard in HH:MM:SS.ms and hit to set the In point or [O] to set the outpoint.
