scrolling when mouse is at layer controls and clip thumbnail

Hello,

I'd like to ask if you could extend the region for scrolling the composition to the layer's clip thumb and the controls (marked red in the picture). So I can scroll the clips and columns while my mouse cursor is in one of the red regions.
