Resolume 7.19 Release Patches

Here are the patches I've made for the Resolume 7.19 Release Video.

The new polar nodes are really awesome to get spirally and circular movement going.
I could do a tutorial about the different coordinate systems in Wire (normalised, cartesian, polar) so let me know if you're interested in that.

Will do! We've got some cool idea's for upgrading camera's (which are relevant to coordinate systems) once that drops I'll do a tutorial on the subject.
