Re: Photo Jpeg video?

As far as I understand, the DXV codec makes the files smaller, right? It's a Resolume codec, right? But how about other VJ software? I tried a 1080p size quicktime movie (which I exported to photo jpeg) in Resolume but my computer doesn't even come close to being able to handle that size. What size/...

Photo Jpeg video?

I was wondering, what is the best method of creating "smallest" file size movies (quicktime?) for VJ use? I'm using After Effects and have been choosing "QuickTime" Output Module - Format Option "Photo Jpeg" - (Quality) "Best", for the 1080p videos, which each...

Re: footage suggestions

Hi Basic Thanks for the feeback, 1) some could be made loop-able but most may not, i'll check on a case-by-case basis 2) ok, i'll check that codec out. It's mostly because on the footage items pages I see a/the DXV specification so I assumed that most VJ's would want or need that format. 3) They'll ...

footage suggestions

As a footage developer I'd like to get some feedback from VJs about some things -> 1) I currently have a number of custom made planet/space videos and am considering making them available in Resolume format. Would you prefer a (from black) fade in - fade out start/end or maybe a seamless loop (where...

Do you have the latest flash player installed?
Which parameters are erratic?

Feel free to PM me directly to see what can be done to solve the issues

Re: Flash Text Animations for Resolume

Hi Basic, Official announce will be any day now but for those eager to see more, check out this link . And I have big plans for more, the big advantage of Flash footage is that it's extremely versatile and customizable through the actual Resolume software itself, unlike fixed-result video footage. S...

To Edwin: I discussed this with Joris and he refered me to you, I PM-ed you some days ago but haven't received any response so far. Beta testers invitation.

Hi to all Resolume VJ's. I'm looking for people who are interested in beta-testing a number of flash-customizable VJ animations / collections. The animations visual can be modified through Resolume interface (and in one case an aditional text-editable XML file) Beta testers will need to specifically...
