Re-rendering a 60fps file a 120fps is not creating new frames so all you end up with is two of each of the original frames. In other words all you get is a file that's twice the size with no mechanical advantage! What you need to do is create intermediary frames by using a program such as After Eff...

Playing slowed down 120fps clips issue with fps

Hello,

I've rendered some 120fps clips to have possibility to play them at slower speed while maintaining 60fps output.

But once I play the 120fps clip slowed down by 50% it looks like 30fps on the output. It looks the same as 60fps clip slowed down by 50%.

How can I make it work the way I intend?

Resolume uses the DXV codec. Hap should play in theory if you have the latest hap codec installed but performance will be terrible compared to DXV. That's not true, HAP and DXV have comparable performance, both codecs use the same OpenGL-based image decoding feature. +1 for HAP support. It's 2018, ...
