For folders I use a very basic (and random) hierarchy. Things like: backgrounds colorful simple people dancing walking runnning --- And for file names, a brief descriptive name, plus the resolution. It would be nice if there was default option to auto size clips to fit composition size to save resizing all the clips (maybe a tick box in the clip properties)
