Re: SMPTE Setup

Well actually, fading would not work for SMPTE as far as i know. But having two timecodes i beleive you have a couple of options right now: 1. Switch between the timecodes on the way in to your computer (maybe with a mixer or something else?) 2. Get a second computer and then use a videomixer and mi...

Re: output to black and rescale issues using OSC

If you have a router on the network and you send to the multicast adress (normally IP *.*.*.255 Ex. 192.168.1.255) the message will be sent to all units in the network.

Could this work for these types of messages?

Re: Mac output or projector input issue?

You have 4 parts in this problem:
* The computer
* The adapter
* The cable
* The projector

As i understand it you have eliminated the adapter and the cable - so you are halfway :)

Try hooking it up to TV/Monitor instead of the projector?

Re: SMPTE Setup

At 2:05 he says that the outer players are for SMPTE... Yes you might have to adapt your output screensizes and such to fit the videowalls, but that should work with a videomixer anyway. Most of the videowalls I have 'stumbled' over have SDI/DVI/HDMI/VGA or such inputs that should work with any good...
