Re: Uninstall option Resolume/Alley

Oh.. and I have to add. The uninstall procedure also vanishes the Adobe DXV import/export functionality from your system, even if another Resolume version is still installed on your system.

Best wishes

Re: Capturing live input to MacBook Pro (USB-C)

Hey royb0t, you can use the NDI functionality of Resolume. You need a usb-c to ethernet dongle. A simple but reliable gigabit network switch and two CAT cables. Bring yours and the computer of your friend into the same network. Your friend has to activate his NDI output 1.png And you just have to pi...

Re: Low Spec Fps Issue

Hehe :) I was aspecting this answer. Nevertheless....beside this "little" issue with it's known workaround... I have done some 48h tests triggering multiple clips and grafics automated with no crashes. So for now for me there is no reason not to use it for such simple tasks in uncritical enviroments...

Re: Content at 30 or 60 fps?

Just want to add... if you just talking of re-encoding your content and not re-render it with new output preferences out of After FX...Cinema4D ect. ...then keep the fps of your source footage. It makes no sense to simple recode a 30fps clip to 60fps. The file get unnecessary bigger and more perform...

Low Spec Fps Issue

Hey there, right now I am doing some testing with a low gpu spec notebook. Want to use it for one layer no vfx videoplayback at smaller corporate or expo events (Playback Pro alternative). Because this notebook is so small and light it snuggs perfectly in my daily toolcase. Resolume Arena 6.1.3 1x N...

Re: Loads of Gear and an idea...

Ahh.. Mr. Sen! Because you also copy pasted me this question via PM...I'll copy my answer here too. A lot of people ask "how should I map my controller?" ........the following question is nearly as hard to answer: "how should I place the furnitures in my house?" Nobody knows your style of VJing.... ...

Re: LED Controllers Sync and Resolume

Matrox and the fx4 emulates one display and split the content you send to ..to multiple outputs. These multiple outputs are framesync to each other...because they are feeded from only one video out from your computer. Thats the whole trick. If you send one 4k stream to the FX4 you will have 4 sepera...

Re: LED Controllers Sync and Resolume

Hi Paulo, normally notebook, PC or server video outputs are not framesynced to each other even when they are feeded by one single graficcard. There are graficcards out there wich do support pluggin in a wire from an external sync card.....but this setup is not very cheap. I would also recommend the ...
