Really....test it with a flickertest. Your image on the wall is so small compared to the screensize of your final project. A hardly recognizable 1 cm image displacement now.... will result to a way larger problem later. 1 switch 1gbit I hope you will use a 10gbit connection later? Best wishes cosmowe

(1) To use Resolume as "heart" of the technical System is possible but i dont think its the solid professional way. So if you want....just send 1920x1200 or 1920x1080 to your controller..... and your advanced output and the pixelmapping inside the controller should look kind of like that: Advanced.png Your composition size can be 2352x1344. You did not say how big your DJ booth is... so... you have to add it. Bes...

so you have 1.6 million pixels in your LED setup...so it fits in a 1920x1200 container (2.304.000 pixels) ?
