Major pain in the arse

Win2k hasnt sorted things as much as I thought, I've had to reinstall before every gig, it wont load clips or decks unless I delete my prefs before starting and I've now got the slight pause every second that has been mentioned before elsewhere. Also the previosly saved decks wont work if I put them...

Lockup

K Had another major crash last gig, everything was OK (apart from the latency mentioned previously, although I think that may require a clean windows install to cure, back to 2000 for me I think!) This one, bottom layer carried on playing but I was unable to change that clip or play any other in any...

Latency on Triggering

I've just started playing with beta2 again after it not working for a while, and there seems to be more latency than in the previous beta. When triggering clips there is almost twice as long a delay as beta1 and whereas in beta1 FX come on straight away beta 2 pauses.
Anyone else noticed this?

Hadn't thought about that!
Still it seems a waste of good keys to not be able to assign them!

Try Picvideo Mjpeg, I run full res Mjpg, i get 2 layers with out frame drops (mostly) some FX too. I think cinepak (esp at 320 )looks absolutely horrible, but I tend to have gradients in colours quite a lot, which definately doesnt suit cinepak. Indeo 5 isn't that bad either.

Keypad

It would be really handy for the keypad to exist seperately from the normal numbers keys and be able to assign FX to them, especially now we've got other uses for the f keys. I really dont want to have a midi keyboard with me at gigs. On my previous bug report ie not being able to reinstall beta2 af...

As an update to my problem, there are no fx or sources and no resolutions to choose from in the screen setup box. Dead as a dead thing. Beta 1 still works though!
Help!!

I\'ve killed it :(

Did a show last night. Everything was going swimmingly until a deck wasnt there when I switched tabs, so I rebooted. Then the deck names were there but wouldnt load, so I tried individual clips and they wouldnt load either, I tried deleting the pref files, unistalling and reinstalling, installing in...
