Re: Artfox LED Video Panels? Or Other Suggestions?

If you have the budget and want to start small. 40 500x500 tiles, truss, and mounts will take you a long way. Doing DJ Booth wraps with video is huge right now. New star has a decent product. But I would personally take out each screw and lock tight it back in place. SHS Global, Square V, and V Team...

Re: What's your approach for mapping an LED wall?

Sorry for the late reply. If I read this correct. You have 64x64 pixel panels, With a tile count of 7 wide by 6 tall with an invisible strip (dead space) in between. so that would bring the total tile count including deads to 13 wide by 6 tall (every other wide tall is a dead tile). This would bring...

Re: Artfox LED Video Panels? Or Other Suggestions?

They look to be constructed very well. I dig their inner-locking system, it's very similar to the wall I have. The LED chips are all right (I'm a huge fan of the SMD3535 for 5-6mm. The SMD2727 seems to be working well these days for 3-4mm) Nice looking refresh rate. The weight seems to be a bit on t...

Re: Delay live camera feature?

Not too familiar with delay programs or apps, but in the past I was able to stack 5-6 Delay RGB effects (built in) and maxed out the R, G, and B values. Got my delays up to the 15-20 sec range that way. just add this to one of your source inputs. I do know that Delay RGB uses a lot of system resourc...

Re: high resolution

Exactly what Okatown said. I tried this config on my MBP and was getting 6fps on a single output only playing back the built in test card lol

I would suggest a beefy GPU!

Re: Novastar Video Processor/Sending Card Advice

660 is my go to. I only use scalers when I'm NOT using Resolume. RGB Link makes some pretty decent scalers for really cheap btw. Are all of your gigs centered around resolume? (When doing I-MAG, There's no media server, just switchers and scalers) You could also use a live input into resolume and us...

Re: New build, GPU choice

The new GTX 10 series are great in the machines I've built. I've personally used the 1080 and 1070 models. If you want to stay away from multiple cards here is a few options: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202235&Tpk=N82E16814202235 WORKSTATION CARDS: http://www.newegg....

Re: Low performance on AMD graphic cards

can you install gfxcardstatus and confirm that the amd card is in use when running resolume? sometimes switching of cards in the background will occur.

Thanks
