Personally for Windows10: Fresh install of Windows, install only drivers and the minimum manufacturer softwares which has got features i need, those which i don't, i left alone. I removed all windows apps via Powershell (windows store, xbox, skype, onedrive, etc... kept calculator and photos though)...

Alright just a little update: installed the latest driver from nvidia (388.59) and that fixes the problem, i'm getting full 60fps(thereabouts) with DXV playback edit: I might have said it a little to early. I have a similar spec to yours: i7 7700HQ GTX1060 6GB 32GB DDR4-2400 500GB m.2 Samsung 850 SSD Converted all my videos to DXV3 Normal Quality no alpha for playback. Back in 5.1.4, i'm able to maintain my fps above 90+ with 3 outputs. Now even with 1 video playing with 2 outputs on duplicate via wind...
