Make sure you have Quicktime for Windows installed.

Re: What do you think, Lenovo P510 with 2x Quadro M2000 for Resolume? Some jerky playback.

It looks like there is a process called "Desktop Windows Manager" that kicks in and sucks CPU. When this happens Resolume framerate drops to 2fps from 60fps every few seconds.

I think we've dealt with it, we're now getting consistent 60fps at 3840 x 1280 with 4 outputs, which is what we want.

Re: Polar Coordinates plugin

What came of this? Was it released as the PolarKaleido effect?

It would be great if there was a version that treated the "overflow" as black, so you get a circular image.

What do you think, Lenovo P510 with 2x Quadro M2000 for Resolume? Some jerky playback.

For a fixed installation, we are using a Lenovo P510 tower with 2x nVidia Quadro M2000 cards, each with 4 Displayports. We need to connect 4 or 5 projectors, so we need all the outputs. The system drive is an SSD and there is a large data drive that we use for footage. We do play show footage from t...

How to ensure that Windows 10 keeps its projector and display settings?

I'm having a very annoying problem. I'm using a Lenovo desktop with 2x nVidia M2000 graphics card and Arena 5. We have connected 4 projectors (3 walls + floor) and obviously a control monitor. The annoying thing is that every time the computer starts, the assignment of projectors to outputs changes....

Re: Using a layer as a mask in two places using layer router

Thank you!

That works perfectly! It's been bugging me for a while and I am glad you helped me get it sorted, I now understand Layer Routers much better.

I think I can now understand how to set up a comp where you easily manipulate the mask, black and white videos.

Using a layer as a mask in two places using layer router

So there's an effect I've been pursuing for a while, and I'm not having much luck. Basically I want to use a black & white video as a mask, and then have two additional source videos. One of the sources replaces the white areas of the mask video, and the other source replaces the black parts of the ...

Re: Resolume vs Yosemite

Now that Yosemite is out, it would be awesome if Resolume could display its window title bar in black when Dark Mode is enabled!

Or implement fullscreen mode for Resolume.

Re: How to trigger video at a specific time of day

Any program that can send OSC can be used to trigger playback in Resolume. If you want to do it reliably and for free, why not use Processing (processing.org)? Some of the OSC examples that ship with Resolume are already written in Processing, so it would be trivial to adapt them. It would work on M...

Re: Audio trigger -> next/random clip

That sounds straightforward. Specifically, what you want is that when she makes a sound, it will trigger a video clip, right? You can definitely do this in Max/MSP, and I imagine it would be easy in Max4Live. You'll want the bonk~ external for Max: http://crca.ucsd.edu/~tapel/software.html That will...
