Re: Documenting your work: video/photo

It sounds like you are new to photography. Start by reading the manual that came with your camera and a couple photo books. The 5DmII is not a point-and-shoot so you will have to do some research to get what you want out of it. I can pretty much guarantee that relying on default user modes and crank...

Re: BPM dvide or multiply button

Set your clip transport to 'BPM Sync' and you will find those exact options. The Resolume devs are clever like that.

Re: Fullscreen UI on Mac OS X (and Windows)

As far as I know, OS X fullscreen apps don't play nice with multi-monitor setups. Typical behavior is all other screens (your program outputs) get blacked out. Hopefully Apple is working on a change for this, or perhaps someone running the latest Mountain Lion build could confirm if this is still an...

Re: Resolume 4/TouchOSC Connection Issue

Under Resolume 4.1 I get constant crashing with TouchOSC on iPad3. I was chalking it up to the iOS app but perhaps there is something else going on with OSC at the Resolume end. /2cents

Re: VJ review of the new retina MBP

Thank you for posting this. The Retina MBP scales better than I expected! This is a testament to Resolume for being a well-programmed piece of software.

Re: Retina MBP and Resolume Arena

Some practical experience.... My specs are: Retina MBP 2.7Ghz, 16GB ram, 512 SSD, Resolume 4.1.1. I've hooked up an HDTV plus PJ to my Retina MBP using one Thunderbolt and the HDMI port. Performance was fine running a couple layers with a few effects, then some mask/crop on the output config. I can ...
