I'm not quite sure what you mean. Resolume Avenue is designed to work with .swf movie files. Applications built with Flash are a different beast entirely.

I find that Avenue is a bit picky when you attach the second output when it's already running. First connecting the monitor, then starting Avenue solves all the issues though. Maybe that will work for you guys as well?

Although Avenue works fine on 64 bit systems, it is not specifically compiled for 64 bit, so there is no need to switch if you're on a 32 bit system.
