Make sure your client drops the fixture files in the [Fixture Libray] folder and not the whole folder folder you send them. Also they need to restart Arena after they add the files.

The middle of all your signals shouldnt be Arena. The middle should be somekind of Image processing Hardware. Most comon ( in my world) are Barco e2 / s3 or AnalogWay Ascender / Nextstage. I totally agree! The Blackmagic ATEM 1 or 2 M/E production switchers are also great in combination with Arena....
As a note, I've been testing AE and AME and I'm getting similar issues with Quicktime Animation and ProRes 4444.
For a project, I had to re-render some files to slow them down 600% with frame blending and I ended up having to use Motion 5 to export to ProRes 4444 then convert to DXV3 in Alley.
