I have always experienced stuttering issues with utilizing the outputs across dual cards. It does not matter the build.
If you want smooth playback, use 1 GPU with a distributor such as Datapath or Aja.
I have always been an NVIDIA user for Resolume.
I tested the wx9100 and it was an under performing for me. Ended up returning.
Good choice on the 1080ti. That is the card to use second to the new 20 series.
Update: the issue is the 2017 MacBook pros type C hardware causing the latency when the output is set to 30hz. When set to 60hz, the only upturn is synced.
