back to topic: to what outputs do you connect the two lines?

Did you make sure both edid minders work correct?

This can be as you tell us here when there is just one broken device

also make sure both are facing the right direction,

maybe a hdcp issue... you can try to switch this off inside the gfx settings...

Also check if the watchout server runs smoth with arena, I had a story were the watchout machine doesnt at all liked resolume and it was soo slow and bad i couldnt use it. The parts were powerfull but somehow the watchout setup made it impossible.

Some more Questions to hunt this down:

What is the playmode set to?

Is there anything different in the clips like do they have audio (also a silent one)

Are the "fast" clips all in the same layer and the others in a different? -> Check layer properties

I dont understand it 100% but i think what you are looking for is autopilot? Crop the first file to the point you want to switch, set autopilot to "play next clip" and transition to 0.

then it will cut to the next video

The Random Playmode in combination with the BPM play tempo is also a nice place to look into... maybe on very slow it will satisfy your needs

it may be just a delay inside the playout path?
