Maybe your VGA plug is only supportet (wired) to your intel card.

But your NVIDIA maybe has the possibility to use DVI - VGA adapters ( or even HDMI - VGA Adapters) so you can use some of the Pins on the digital plugs as a analog output.

its possible to eyball if the range is shown in frequenze, but it´s impossible to catch the exact freuquenc with 0-100 range.

So why not replace it with a frequenz scale.
