Layer slices

First - excellent job, the mask implementation is great and will make Resolume as a mapping tool really fantastic, hours of prep saved. To complement the masks or sometimes to do without them, can i assign each layer to a different slice in the advanced output and then set up a different shape for e...

Re: Flash won't playback

I have had this problem for months ( I bought the READ ME Flash package and it wouldn`t run, I then tested all the examples and also no go ) and it continued with my new machine - Vaio Z13 i7 Nvidia GT330M Windows 7 pro - exactly as you say, Flash files just load frozen and any Text change is not im...

Re: Masking vs. Projection Luminosity

I agree here - the black of any projector is one of the telling qualities in it`s specs and one of the key differences between cheap projectors and their more expensive fellows. Generally what are called home cinema projectors go for better blacks ( seen in the contrast ratio figures ) but are not a...

Re: Mapping Questions

Hi - there have been a few streams regarding Resolume`s pipeline and mapping and it`s unfortunate choice of rendering masks and effects with all clip deformations, hopefully there will be a switch to choose where in the pipeline these will be rendered in the next version. From my perspective, as reg...

Re: Buttons for Looping (LoopIn/LoopOut/Exit)

Sort of related here is that the looping points aren`t numerical in any form, time or divisions of 100 say - it makes it really difficult to make really precise loops. I`ve been trying to get long graphics to scroll across and be on a continuos loop - say a forest for instance but hard to do it prec...

Re: Warping 1 video to fit over 3 sides of a box for v mapping

Nice idea, but given that Resolume doesn`t natively map or even independently mask ( area masks not affected by the clips if they are altered or effected ) yet, thi,s simple as it looks, is asking even more!

Re: Flash files not playing

Good you got it going, but still no joy here - updated Quicktime, restarted and the flash files aren`t even recognised by the decks now, drag them in and there`s no response at all, let alone play them. When I close Resolume I get this message about Resolume not finding a component, presumeably Flas...
