Not sure how i see what signal my laptop is sending, but in the monitor settings 60p is chosen.

I cant see any glitches / bad behaviour / start & stop movements or stuff. My internal Display is set to 60Hz. try to roll back the display driver to an older version. It first noticed this on the last show 13.2. before that i had the same driver for a year and it was working just fine. Now i updated as a try to fix it but it stayed the same. So reroll to an older driver can be a try but dont make any sence.

s.th. come to my mind :

is your projector with Wlan or somehow in the Network ?
this in combination with the Network via HDMI it could be that your Laptop recive some osc signals

Maybe something you can check
