There have been some performance issues with the latest Sonoma update,
If you want to try an older Resolume release, you can get those from the bottom of the download page.
Make sure to backup the Documents/Resolume Arena folder before downgrading.

Sounds like an issue on the sender side, if changing a setting there changes the behavior. I'd hook up a SMPTE monitor to the same signal Resolume is receiving to doublecheck.
