Re: Can playback stop on last frame?

Yes please - an option would be fantastic - I used this a lot in 2.41 and now it`s a pain for any theatre / installation / choreography work - cheers John

Re: Another program`s output as a source in Resolume

I wasn`t even thinking of an external machine originally, but doing it all on the one machine assuming that the `source ` program wasn`t too heavy on resources and was able to write it`s output to a pseudo second monitor that resolume could treat as a source, however both methods would be good allow...

Another program`s output as a source in Resolume

I noticed in the `scrolling` post the mention of using another program`s output as a source. I too use another program a lot that i would love to have come through resolume as it does what it does very well, but it is not a comprehensive vj program like resolume. This program is Kaleider ( http://wh...

Re: multiple projectors & switchers

Hi - I use a Analog Way seamless switcher - , but they are expensive ( removing the frequency sync glitch with computer signals seems to cost a lot! ) and they only switch between inputs and not outputs - like pleasuretek, i would probably use the sleep of freeze function of the projector - freeze i...

Re: Single shot video - not stopping on last frame

Thanks Joris - it would be very handy in some circumstances to have this as a switch - I often use a single shot video that then leaves the last frame of the video as a part of a new composition and now I am having to build a long still section at the end of a video and then pause it. best wishes Jo...

Single shot video - not stopping on last frame

How do I get the video to stop on the last frame of a single shot video play? - 2.4 would stop on the last frame but Avenue seems to play the video once and then discard it causing the outgoing signal to jump to whatever is on the layer below.

numerical values for speed and timeline markers

Hi - I`ve been doing a gig where I wanted to create a constantly moving cycle of `arches` with transparent cetres to show show other moving layers - this was achieved by creating a double width page ( 2048) and moving it on the X axis and adjusting the in and out points until it looped. Without nume...

Re: rescan for DV or USB devices

This was implemented in 2.4 and was very useful, although it only worked the first time that a device was added, if a device was recognised and then shut down temporarily it would n`t be re-recognised.

Re: Projection mapping with Photoshop and Resolume

Thanks for that link Bart - I also use a similar method for buildings, but use the Brush tool with shift which gives a solid line. The problem with this is that the page moves if you track too close the edge and the Pen tool doesn`t seem to do this, which is great. I will try it on my next building ...
