Sounds like you might have a driver issue, or unsupported hardware.

That's because the other machine has a different texture size support and composition loading is broken a bit
Will be fixed in the next release.

Setting the composition size back to the original should get everything back into order.

That's quite strange.

What happens if you remove one of the outputs, then a different one, does the flashing stop?
Does the flashing also happen if you are not sending to actual outputs, just by opening the advanced output?

How about loading your stage look image in OBS, and syphoning the Resolume output to OBS on top of that?

Ryzen 3600 and 1070 could be fine.
