I'm getting this problem too, with Resolume no longer loading decks after a while. However, I also get another behaviour, which may be related: Sometimes Resolume starts up in a "messed-up" state - the file browser is empty, no sources are present, and decks don't load. Quitting and restar...

Can't move decks to different categories

When I try to drag and drop any deck into a category, I get a message about "can't move deck, probably in use" or something like that.

This happens right after I start Resolume, with no decks loaded. What can I do?

Yep, I saw the same behavior with 2.3 and 2.4. Last time it happened at a particularly bad time.

Loading decks

This happened to me at a gig: Resolume started "cranky", so I quit & rebooted. Everything looked OK, except that after loading the first deck, no other decks would load. The decks appeared listed, but double-clicking, or dragging the deck, would do nothing. Now it seems to be working a...

Resolume sometimes wakes up cranky

Resolume will sometimes start in a bad way - ie the file browser will be blank, the path in the file browser will be a row of ......, no decks, no screen display. Quitting and restarting usually fixes this. It seems unpredictable, sometimes it happens right after boot, sometimes it happens when rest...

some instability

I had some strange behaviors with 2.4 I opened the filebrowser, dragged and dropped 20 videos onto the grid. The first 8 showed up almost instantly, and then things froze up. I pressed alt-Tab to switch context and bring up Task Manager, but then Resolume suddenly woke up again and loaded the rest o...

There is a much better way of "recycling" a controller. Resolume records the MIDI channel number as well as the command. If your MIDI controller has an easy way of changing the channel number (most do - a programmable knob or function key), then you can record multiple configs ahead of tim...

I see this too, with an M-Audio UC33e. My workaround is this: I use MIDIOX ( http://midiox.com/ ) and the MIDI Yoke drivers to connect the UC33 via a virtual port, ie. Resolume listens on virtual MIDI port #1 and I use MIDIOX to route the physical device to the virtual port. Then when Resolume stops...

Yes. Occasionally Resolume seems to lose sight of some of the MIDI CC#s, especially #1. MIDIOX shows the signal coming and going out correctly, but Resolume doesn't see it. Remapping the MIDI controls in MIDIOX fixes this. (However, it is annoying, because I then have to change settings in other sof...
