Re: Multiple video cards on the same machine

As a rule you should put the Resolume GUI onto your best graphics card. This is because Resolume has been set up so the card that the GUI is on does all the work.

Blackmagic capture cards

I currently have an Intensity Pro card for bringing a video mix into Resolume. While this is low latency, the image is a bit 'choppy' and not smooth, OK for an effect but not usable for live video to screen. I friend of mine runs a very similar spec PC with a Decklink studio card. He uses this for l...

Re: FF/GL fug-in: video sending

Hi Alex,

Is it possible to grab an ouput screen from another computer and bring this into Resolume or does this only send an output from programs that use freeframe plugins?

Thanks,

Re: Advanced Output Nodes

Thanks for the reply.

That makes sense.
Could the other option be to have a shift function (or similar) so that when holding shift and moving a point it moves all the points along that row to the edge of the slice by a relative amount? If that makes sense?

Advanced Output Nodes

Sorry if this has been requested before. It would be great if there was an option in advanced output where rather than using the add points to warp the output you could double click the edges (and even middle) of your slice to add a node point - as per the masks. At the moment I have a project where...

Tower PC Flight case

For those of you who that might be using a tower to run Resolume rather than a laptop this may be of interest. I am selling this flight case on eBay that we had custom built some time ago but haven't used for a while This has a section for computer / keyboard and drawer for mouse or other cables etc...

Re: beat-based duration for still images

Not quite like buying butter from the store but an easier work around would be to have a generic short wav file that you can drop onto your images.

Re: What causes delay

Hi Kratata, You will probably find that the projector is adding the most delay, sometimes up to 5 frames. You can often improve this by making sure that your signal is running in the native resolution to the projector. Also any video mixer will add a slight delay, the V8 has scan converters on the c...
