Re: what graphic card(s) for 4 or more projectors?

I'm on the same journey, just about. I only know two chords though. AFAIK with GPUs you/we want: Single card, not multiple cards. Need info on 6990's dual GPU. Some ATI cards allow up to 6 outs on one card. 7970 only 3 for now, future drivers = up to 6. Eyefinity itself is for massive desktops (PC s...

HD 7970 is not a dual GPU according to this: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/HD_7970/ (chart at bottom - very scientific looking)

Re: Sapphire HD 7970 hi-res crashes

Something that came up a couple of times when the system didn't completely crash was a windows notification of DWM crashing. I sort of overlooked it... ahem... until Bart pointed it out to me. My bad troubleshooting. I disabled DWM (Desktop Window Management) from Services (startup mode) and stopped...

Sapphire HD 7970 hi-res crashes

I'm already talking with someone at resolume about this, but thought I'd post my experience with AMD's new 7970. I bought a Sapphire HD 7970 specifically to run a 2x 1920x1080 butted output with one GUI display. A step up from using two above-average nvidia cards to one powerful ati card with 3 outs...

Re: 3 Slow GPUs running 5 Screens

Interesting, I have a Sapphire HD 7970 causing crashes on startup with Arena 4.0.0, 4.0.1, but not Avenue. In Win 7, usually crashes the whole machine.

Haven't had time to play around with it, but there might be a couple of eyefinity related settings to watch out for?

Re: play next clip

+bump!

A simple 'next clip' button would essentially give Resolume a timeline, making it a serious contender for corporate event playback.

Adding an optional cross-dissolve as a transition "on next" would seal the deal.
