Yea it's super strange. Latest drivers are capping it at 30 with V sync on. With it off its above 100 fps but major tearing while strobing.

I tried uninstalling the Nvidia drivers completely and I got a stage 40 fps.

All of this is happening in Razer. No problems on the PC SPECIALIST octane II.

Razor did quite a lot to gimp that model. Have you tried updating the drivers from nvidia site?

I dont have the adaptive option on my Razer Blade with the GTX 1060.
