I did scale all the clips in a deck/layer by selecting them, rightclick on te label under one of the clips and select "scale to fit composition". It only works when none of the selected clips are playing. If one of the selected clips is playing, not one of them will get resized. Allthough ...

I also made a bunch of clips in AE cs4 with DXV 2.2.
Didn't detect any problems.
