How about just adding a " return to default" button to every effect in the dropdown list? +1 for an Undo function Isn't there already a default preset for every effect? I would support the idea of effect groups e.g. meta-effects with presets. As sometimes the desired result needs 2 or 3 e...
Okay, first things first: We are not going to kill Bart! We are not going to kill Bart!! respect 1. and 2. but as the pope resigns, it's time to dare the impossible: discuss a taboo topic: the Resolume User Interface To be fair, the Resolume UI is clean and simple, and has been changed/improved in t...
For me the layer is not an option ( at all most of the time) because I would need the layer options per deck. Right now if I switch decks, the presets from deck A make no sense if they are applied to deck B, same with the layer names. On the other hand I see that a single fx-layer for all decks make...
Hmm, accessible presets via MIDI/OSC sounds good! However, I would also like to be able to reset a single parameter instead of all parameters. "reset" could then mean reset to preset. Example: An effect has 10 parameters; I change 2 of them, like the result; go to 2 other parameters, chang...
Reset all parameters to 0? Reset to their default value? And would that be the 'master' defaults for the effect, or the parameter settings the effect had when you used a preset to create the effect? Good point, Joris. What happens when I right-click with the mouse? Effect default (like when I drag ...
Encoding happens on the CPU, nothing to do with GPU and of course with Cuda. The best encoder imo is Streamclip, and it's free... But keep in mind, that MPEGStreamclip cannot handle the alpha channel (when encoding to DXV)! Also I experienced that it's not possible to encode more than one video at ...
I'd also like to know how this could be done. Right now I use a button in my Lemur layout to trigger a couple of osc set parameter messages depending on the specific effect.
+1 for MIDI/OSC reset parameter(s) ideally per effect and per clip/layer/compositon (so all effects in the stack are reset)
