Hey man, Go for setup 3, it was just the RAM, was lower, if you can user upgrade the RAM and change the HDD+SSD to straight SSD then do so, this allows you to be able to do content creation, easier and your machine access data at insane speeds :D . the GTX 960m is basically 25 - 30 % better than 950...

Setup 2, highest VRAM, and SSD only...can't really go wrong there...for SSD though i would upgrade to a 256, cuz HD space gets eaten into pretty quickly but you do have the external 1 TB.
