I can see a use case for this where you would want to adjust global speed without affecting a clip in Timeline transport mode, such as lyrics. Maybe a more flexible way of solving the issue is a lock button next to a clip's speed control, which would force it to hold whatever speed you set it to. Th...
Eventually Avenue/Arena will be 64-bit, we just don't know when. Keep in mind that they have to rewrite for both Windows and MacOS. Also, as I understand it, there are (or were?) some compatibility issues with plug-ins and other playback components that needed 32-bit support. I'm sure they're workin...
You mean for footage purchased from Resolume, right? Yes this would be really nice since resuming failed downloads rarely works in my experience -- hotel connections are the worst! But in the grand scheme of things this may not be high on the priority list for the dev team.

Btw, 5.0.2 and 5.0.3 were pretty wonky. I understand if you don't want to run the very latest release, but you'll want to avoid those two releases at all costs. 5.1.2 and 5.1.3 are very stable.
This bug is also in [correction: 5.1.2 and 5.1.3] on both Windows and MacOS. When a clip's Video Opacity is set to '0' it is still rendered when transitioning to a clip with Video Opacity >0. 1. Set a clip's Video Opacity to '0' 2. Drop a second clip into the layer but leave its Video Opacity at '1....
With the insane amount of data that needs to be sent when doing a clip update, there's too many of these little gotchas to consider OSC as a feasible solution for master/slave setups. Every update we chip away at one or two issues behind the scenes. We still have a long way to go, and it's not even...
I haven't installed Sierra on any machines yet so maybe you can answer... There is a new iCloud feature that lets a user sync the Desktop and Documents folders across computers. How does this affect the Resolume folder located in /Documents? Any issues? PS What are gonna do about this OLED strip on ...
Any idea how long it usually takes for new cards to become available through vendors like MSI, ASUS, etc? I was about to throw down on a Windows machine before the announcement, but it seems like a significant architecture upgrade worth waiting for.
Glad you guys featured Gabe! Walking away from the first Zedd show I saw a few years ago, I was super impressed with his timing and energy of the visuals. A few months later I was at one of their shows and the local lighting equipment had massive technical issues (nothing the tour crew had control o...
