Check your cables, those look like they could be DVI/HDMI noise.

Is there a reason the triggers need to come from Resolume?

It sounds like the answer to your problem lies in having another application trigger your external cues and the Resolume clips.

It will play, but not very well if it's more than one clip. You can try it yourself before you send it.

Can you send as H264 and have them convert it?

What is your Audio Buffer set to Richard? Anytime I set it to a value greater than 1024, BPM clips have stuttery playback.
