we had the same problem whith a blackmagic intensity shuttle, but just when we used it for hdmi capture. anytime between 5 and 15 minutes after starting resolume the image just freezes. to get the image back it worked sometimes to delete the source and just drag it in from the sources list again. be...
we have one intensity pro card in our pc and already a couple of times an additional intensity shuttle via usb3 attached. in resolume, you then see two different sources.
worked without problems.
do you have two actual intensity devices or just one, where both sources are connected?
the intensity (pro as well as shuttle) can only handle one input at a time, so if that's the case, you need to get a second device.
