@illy: you have to switch toggle on for that button in edit mode of the bcr....we've had the same problem

@m3co: ableton should send a midi clock signal, so just connect the 2 softwares right and try it....

1. i have the bcr2000 controler, i tried to put the tap button into the controler. And when i tap, i get the value round 500 bpm. And i dont know how to change this. I tried to edit the button mode in the controller but it didnt fix the problem. Maybe some ideas? The resync button works well on the controler
there is a bug when using midi to tap the beat :
Resolume take button PUSH and button RELEASE both as tap (each one).
effect: double tap and double BPM (like 240 instead of 120)

-solution-

Tap your tempo like that :
*beat* : PRESS .... *beat* : RELEASE .... *beat* : PRESS .... *beat* : RELEASE ....

-OR-

Change your BCF/BCR button behavior to ToggleOn
(so you have only one midi message each time you press the button)

hi, I've worked a couple of hours with 2.4 and I think it's really progressive :]
but
one thing, when will be added, will make resolume a complete vj solution - possibility of automatic regulation of opacity of the effects, just like the opacity of layers.
what do you think about it? is it a lot of work to implement such functionality?
