Abnormal Screen behaviour while full screen

Greetings to all,

I encounter problem with resolume, I am not very sure how to put it in words.

It happen when I put to full screen, or the "windowed" output is filling up all the screen. Also I cant map the output, for the same reason.

PC SPEC:
Win7 64bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz
ASUS P9X79 PRO
32GB DDR3
ASUS HD7970 Matrix Platinum
2 full HD display (1 LCD monitor:on VGA, 1 Projector: on DVI)

hmm, seems it could be your graphic drivers...
50% of the released ati drivers often don't work very well especially on open gl applications...
try for example 12.9 or 12.3 catalyst....
as far as i know these drivers worked good so far!
12.6 to 12.8 was a mess, also 13.1 seems to make problems
