Menu bar mac problem (maverick)

Since installing the new version of mac (maverick) in the output you can see the menu bar. as I do to stop it from happening?

UPDATE. Apparently it is system wide issue with the Coverflow view. The work-around is to make sure you are viewing by list, icons, or anything but Coverflow view.
workaround
Go to System Preferences > Mission Control > You need to turn “Displays have separate Spaces” OFF and then restart machine.
