Arena installation issue

Hi,
I downloaded Resolume Arena from the website but there's no way I can install it on my Mac. Is there anything I'm missing ?...

Did you download the .dmg file for Mac or the .exe for Windows?

Have you tried to download it again in case you don't have a complete download?

I can try again but it's weird : the installation starts and after just a couple of seconds, it stops with an unknown error message...
