How to install plugin?

I use MacPro
1. How many types of Plugines can we use in Resolume?
FFGL and OpenFrameWorks?
2. How to install them?
I tried to add DLL files to the Resolume/Plugin/vfx folder but there are not appear in the Resolume.
3. Where can I download a free plugin?
4. I installed FireWorks plugin. I can see it in my Sources but where can I find any instructions how to use it?
