composition compatibility arena/avenue

Post by deepvisual »

was thinking of getting a copy of avenue as backup
the question is, will avenue open/import an arena composition, or do I have to rebuild the whole thing?

Are you planning on having Avenue on the same computer as a backup? If so, as an alternative to copying your .avc files to a different folder which chances are won't be up to date, you could:
  • Create symbolic links and put them in the Avenue comp folder
Create short cuts and put them in the Avenue comp folder
right click on the file and select which version of Resolume you want to open the file with
