Alphachannel is lost

Post by movebandit »

When compressing to DXV3 normal or high Quality with mpeg streamclip on MacOS the Alpha Channel is lost. Resolume shows in the information "with Alpha Channel" but the Background isn´t transparent.....

That's the same old StreamClip bug that has been around for ever. It cannot batch convert files and retain the alpha channel - it couldn't do it with DXV2 and it still can't with DXV3

use Adobe Media Converter instead

Or if the Background is black use the Automask effect if your machine can get it ;)
