Possible "bypass" thru Input Sources on Windows

Post by pfelberg »

I have a video capture device working perfectly on Windows. So, I have a proper Input Source working ok.
Unfortunately, although Resolume identifies and recognizes the Input Source as an available asset, it is not compatible and it is not supported by Resolume. Resolume gets only 1/4th of the image canvas.
I´ve done every possible testing so far and I must realize Resolume will not support it anytime soon. It may take years.
So, to find a dirty solution, I wonder if I can bypass the captured video on Windows thru another software that may be friendly to Resolume as it might provide me a new Input Source that Resolume can understand and deal with properly.

Thanks,

Paulo

I used to have to toggle between the "trilinear" and "nearest neighbor" box in video preferences once resolume was open to get the full screen capture instead of 1/4 of screen.

just tick the "nearest neighbor" box and then "trilinear" box again and should work.

It would be fantastic. It would work like magic. But didn´t work out for me.
Thanks anyway.

I have both installed. I was trying something similar already.
I can´t understand much Spout. Seems way more complicated than Syphon on the Mac side.

Although I am no noob, I would definately need a tutorial on how to make this whole thing work.
Any help is very appreciated.
