Put fmodex.dll, fmodexL.dll, glut32.dll, FreeImage.dll, FreeType-6.dll and Zlib.dll into the same directory with Arena.exe or Avenue.exe. Resolume should give an error message if they aren't installed.

Ideally you want to copy your 3rd party plugins to their own directory and then configure Resolume to look there but you can put them in vfx if you like.

All that done you should see four new entries in the Sources tab, NOT the effects tab.

I am also trying to install these plugins(sfFreeFrame).

I have all the unzipped files saved in a folder named "sfFreeFrame" in the vfx directory

I have shown Resolume Arena where this directory exists

I have restarted Arena but nothing shows up under he sources tab :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running the trial version, idk if that would be an issue
