Post by meek »

Hi all,

Well done on getting version 2.2 up and running, couldnt wait to bin 2.1 !

2.2 works way better so far, but I will test it to desctuction at a gig tommorrow.
But I can already see that it crashes with my Midi video files !
Did Bart or Edwin ever test that one I uploaded for you ?
Crashes everytime... :(

Anyway my setup :

Operating System: Win XP Home
Processor: 2.81 ghz P4
Videocard: NVidia GeForce 6600 GT
Files type: avi
Codec: midivideo / mv3 (?)

Thanks,

2.2 - NIce work

Post by VJ555 »

2.2 Appears to run much better, still same problem with the 2 AVI Cinepac's i sent Bart, however i've now narrowed it down that AVI's cinepac created with Sony's Vegas are the ones that DON'T run / crash Reso (still the same with 2.2 on laptop). If you convert them using VirtualDub they run OK.......Still cinepac :o Go figure..?

Machine #1 - Desk Top
Operating System: Win XP Home SP2
Processor: P4 3ghz
Videocard: ATI Radeon 9600
Files type: AVI 400x300
Codec: Cinepac

Machine #2 - Toshiba Laptop
Operating System: Win XP
Processor:Pentium M 1.4Ghz
Videocard: NVIDIA GeForce FX GO5200
Files type: AVI 400x300
Codec: Cinepac

Brilliant work guys........
